GVT is amazing though! Resting 1-2 minutes between sets is ideal, otherwise you'll be in the gym all day long and likely not retaining a stimulus during the session.
10x10 kettlebell snatches is nothing.
People do unbroken snatches for 100 reps all the time. Weights are much lower than barbell
