Really though. I go to any populated gyms it's 18 year olds all with long hair on top shaved hair on sides, no muscle mass taking turns doing bench and rows on the smith machine.

All have atleast one piece of alphalete clothing on.

Normally I don't give a shit but times are changing. Gotta wait 60 mins while they pull an incline bench into the squat rack and circulate their group of 5.
