OK so part 1 in my action plan is going to be paying attention to my calorie in take (Up to now I have given exactly 0 fucks)
I will be updating my blog every day on what I ate and my estimated calories consumed so I can keep track and keep myself honest.

What kind of coffees did you have? Regular black coffee with no sugar is 0 calories, but those large fu-fu coffees can be way more than 350 calories.

Try to calculate your basal metabolic rate and work from there. Try to consume ~350 calories less than your body burns naturally, as well as hitting the gym for interval cardio as often as possible.
Make sure you're emotionally ready for this, pushing yourself is the hardest part. When you feel like giving up before the two month mark(when you start to feel significantly better), look at the pictures you've posted at your current weight. Force yourself to never be that person again.

If you need anything, don't hesitate to PM me. I'm glad you're taking initiative.

XL coffee 1 cream 1 sugar (Tim Hortons calorie tracker says 450), and 2 just small coffees at work with 1 sugar cube each (I figure 125 each for the sugar cubes)
Maybe I need to get used to just black coffee lol

Thanks for the support! My biggest thing is gonna be the food cravings I think, so im gonna allow myself a cheat day every couple of weeks so I can have something I can "look forward to" (Resist cravings cause I know theyll be sated on my cheat day lol) im pretty good at pushing myself with exercise.

Got a buncha bloodwork and tests done today, getting a total physical exam on Monday - and then its weight loss blog time.

If you want to scrutinize everything I do this is the channel for you! Im more interested in legitimate feedback and advice from anyone that has been very over weigh and overcome it or anyone that lives a very healthy lifestyle and has any pointers. I look forward to your replies!!
