XL coffee 1 cream 1 sugar (Tim Hortons calorie tracker says 450), and 2 just small coffees at work with 1 sugar cube each (I figure 125 each for the sugar cubes)
Maybe I need to get used to just black coffee lol

Make sure you're emotionally ready for this, pushing yourself is the hardest part. When you feel like giving up before the two month mark(when you start to feel significantly better), look at the pictures you've posted at your current weight. Force yourself to never be that person again.

Thanks for the support! My biggest thing is gonna be the food cravings I think, so im gonna allow myself a cheat day every couple of weeks so I can have something I can "look forward to" (Resist cravings cause I know theyll be sated on my cheat day lol) im pretty good at pushing myself with exercise.
