I just wanted to message you, mainly out of courtesy to let you know about your removal from Labyrinth. This isn't a decision that has been taken lightly in any way shape, or form, but has been something that has been on the cards for a while. The main reason to site in this instance is attitude. You are a very stubborn person sometimes, which can be great in certain aspects of life, however I think you have upset a few people too many within our ranks, and out of it too, which has affected the way that we feel we are perceived as a guild, and we don't need that right now, or ever. There is a lot of respect for you, and what you have done for Laby, but there are more things that bring us in to disrepute as of late. Your recent 10% warn is not the reason for removal, however some of the ways in which you handled this are a contributing factor. You have a tendancy to go straight for the jugular, and attack people verbally if you don't get your own way. There have been numerous occassions of this, however I won't go in to detail about it, but we are receiving reports almost daily from staff members on the site about negative behaviours from yourself. Your most recent outburst, where you publically slammed Formee and Shannon, which though you edited, was quoted by other people, again bringing the guild in to disrepute were the last straw for us, especially when Kevin has spoken to you personally about your issues here, and tried to effectively bring an end to the drama's and poor behaviours, kind of makes us all feel that you aren't bothered what you do.
I am going to try and wrap this up though, as the intent isn't to tell you all of your wrongdoings, and all of your flaws, but it is to pay respect to you. This vote was completely unanimous. There is no culpret here that caused the downfall of Dan in Laby, we all discussed things, and would have never wanted to go down this route, but we genuinely feel that there is no towing the line here, things have gone that bit too far, and we can't keep doing this over and over. We cannot keep having people that aren't in Laby, of whom there are multiple, and those that are constantly alerting us to a members poor behaviours.
I know this won't be received in the nicest of lights, but hopefully you understand the respectful intent to it.

I had to go through each one with jangalang like I'm some bad guy. I get my warn unfairly extended which is then proven later on with a pm from goldbranch. I made a post about it in general help which is what the site rules say to do and I'm looked down upon. I'm suddenly changed? I have never changed. I've been the same person. I have never been in favor of guild only's. I have never been in favor of Formee harassing everyone to do guild onlys. I'm being held hostage in my own guild by people with new acquired powers and being treated like some scammer. I've done nothing wrong and in fact only tried to do a lot right. I don't care if I take away my powers so I can't add people now and edit ranks. Congratulations, you guys lost your best member but I'm not going anywhere yet. If you're insinuating in kicking or leaving, neither are necessary. I don't care how you got a trusted tag or highfield, it's unfair though that you should take things over and cast me out. I brought lots of people to the guild and couldn't bring more unfortunately because people didn't like some of our old members. I don't get why you care so much about the guild or Ladder slasher if u don't even play it. I never once attempted to “cast you out” - but I felt the change in you once I became P+, when I became SA and then real salt in your wound when I became TT. Instead of celebrating a guild member you set to make me feel bad with a side jab.

I never said anything against you in between Phoenix-SA-TT. I have started recently mentioning the power thing exactly because you guys don't want to put me back to my original rank. Things didn't change then they changed now. I didn't have much contact with you before and I don't now either, there isn't some change, that's in your head. The change now is me being mistreated. There is no playing the victim, it's playing the cast out and you're mandating.
There is no need for a happy ending. You guys stop gossiping about me and monitoring me like I'm sick and put me back in my old status, or I'll just sit where I am and whatever, not much I can do, there's a ton you can do. I deal with morals and what I think is right, you seem to deal much more with ethics and what looks right in terms of guild policy and rules. I've made mistakes but this is a gaming site, I haven't done anything that bad. I don't hate you, I just wanted to be an equal. We can just do our separate things, I don't have a problem I don't mind.

Which btw - you have a lot of incorrect information. Rick spoke to me first - not Rew. I’m not going to get into that though.. but I will say - you get incorrect information then get mad about it and publicly cause drama about it. Another example - Inspector_Gadget.. he never applied - I remembered the logs tell you who apply - he never applied. You got incorrect information and from there instead of coming to one of the staff about it - you made a public post trying point out how useless we are.
The point about monitoring you: I don’t. Though I get a lot of links sent to me which is super embarrassing. I know you’ve done a lot of work on LS for Laby - but at this time and previous - your negative attitude brings nothing but negative attention which makes it looks like we, as Labyrinth members think this behaviour is okay. It’s not.

If we shared why we are not sharing the information, then it would basically give it away, and we have good reasons not to share it.
If the information is leaked then you may understand why we didn't want to share it. If you get the story and don't see why it was shared, I can explain why and it will make perfect sense.
Not everything needs to be a vote but the vote was pretty clear that we would not share the information. Voting gives people a voice in change. Originally I was going to share why Rick was away but then I changed my mind after a conversation with someone about it, and I'm glad I changed my mind.
It is not an elite group or newcomers. It is a group of people whom I trust with certain actions and decisions because they have showed me that they are responsible leaders. I don't spend any time worrying about offending people because that is not my intention. If someone is offended by something I do or say, I can live with that if I feel like I'm doing the right thing.
Why should everyone know why Rick is away anyway? He didn't tell many people about it. If he wanted everyone to know he would've told everyone.
If it was something that should not have been shared then why not keep it simply between you and Rick? What you should do is tell 10 people 10 different stories and wait to see which one shoots up so you know who the mole is lol.
Is it necessary to share with a handful of people and not everyone or not 2 handfuls? I understand that you're saying it's sensitive and if/when I found out would I'll understand it better.
Rick told SA+ and I assume the mod team directly about why he would be away; we debated talking to P+ about it and in the end decided to do it. I was for telling a few more people but the vote was mixed and so we decided to leave it as is. If I could go back I probably wouldn't tell P+, but also I semi-wish Rick would've posted publicly.
At some point stuff like this gets out and assuming that it will, you may as well come to me to verify his reasons because to my knowledge he probably only told SA+ and the mod team or at least Kevin or Paul directly. Maybe he told someone else, and maybe he only told a few people, but because people are asking, it's clearly not public knowledge yet. It seems everyone is keeping tight-lipped right now, which is refreshing and surprising :P
Why would I come to you to verify the information? You haven't even given me it so I most definitely would not verify it with you. If you were interested in Rick's best interest you wouldn't be playing things as you are. I wouldn't be demoted because of 10% warn exactly on the same day it was announced. I wouldn't be treated differently simply because I don't have a silly rank right next to my name. This is a big problem with your system. You know people and if they don't have a specific rank you don't know them anyone.
Jesus christ, People who barely became active get SA and I not only don't get a higher rank but I get demoted. The power sytem that you've created which is why you even log into d2jsp is a game to you. I guarantee you Unfair advantage would be ahead of labyrinth had I not joined. I brought many people into the guild and many more would have joined but didn't because of drama with other slashers. This isn't an ultimatum. The drama that has been associated with me many times was just cause. I go out there and immerse in the community. Talk to everybody. Everyone gets involved in drama in this game. Formee doesn't climb or talk to anybody practically unless they are guildies due to drama.

We have policies related to warns because we don't want to be seen as supporting rule-breaking. Your warn was pretty minor but based on the spam, the warn was warranted. It's the kind of spam that can generate drama, and I'm fairly certain that's why it was issued. The policies may seem strict in that regard (I mean ours, not d2jsp's, but I guess both), and although I don't care about reputation, I do care about showing the community that we are an example to it. I log into d2jsp when I can to help people, talk to people, and use the NBA forums for the most part. I don't perceive our ranks as a power structure, and I've been criticized repeatedly for being too democratic.
My big picture view of our ranks and policies is that they are designed to squelch drama and allow us to help members and the community. If people are not supporting each other in the LS community or in Labyrinth, then I hope you can be an example of those things. By attacking policy that you've been here to help shape and by spamming the LS community, I am not sure what you expected as an outcome, but I can see in a way how you see things. Formee avoid drama in the LS community? I am not certain if I missed the point above. If so, I completely understand that but I would hope that he might reflect on how there are opportunities to inspire change
