when trying to contact the jsp team in the past, i've had troubles deciphering who i need to contact in some sub-forums. i.e. d2jsp Forums > Diablo II > Trading Grounds > Softcore - USEAST Trading https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=53 .
the only button you can click to find the sub-forum trade moderators, is "Trading Grounds >" https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=51 , to see the link that shows you what users lead that sub-forum.
it just seems a bit hidden and nonsensical to think of going back to parented sub-forums to find this link.

if it was stickied on each trade thread or just easier viewable in any way, i think it would give normal users more confidence on what to do and who to talk to. i also believe this would lower the number of pm's to the incorrect staff members. saving time on both staff and user end, and help quicker deal with issues.

Trading grounds go to trading staff others go to JMs, I think its simple enough.

it does not show trade moderators though on main page, except under Scammer Accusations. it only shows below each sub through this page. "Trading Grounds >" https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=51 . it's very rare to end up on this page as sub-forums are listed on main-page. and again, when you are on a trading sub-forum, it seems nonsensical to go to the parented sub-forum that is only a list of more sub-forums. it is in a way, going backwards.

ideally, there would be something linked on each trade sub-forum to whoever is leading that particular sub-forum.

however it would even be nice just to have trade moderators linked to their sub-forums on the main-page. like every other sub-forum and their team leaders.

who is going to bother looking there? we aren't born with that knowledge and few people browse where they aren't posting their threads in.
i'm truly baffled this time. it's like it's meant to be hidden?

I always looked there and never thought about anything else.

I think it's a quality suggestions, just one that isn't necessary.

I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but the fairly simple concept is:
Trades take place --> Trade staff
Discussion --> Junior Mods

Few scenarios it goes to a moderator, but in the event that you message a TA/JM/TM, we (they) will make sure it gets handled

i'm not trying to argue everyone's thoughts. however, it's not as common a knowledge as you would think.
you know it, so you assume everyone knows it. we stop that type of thinking at age 4.



i've just went through this. pm'd a jr mod because they were listed under diablo 2 sub-forums on main page. and because i didn't notice anywhere else it listed. i pm'd the jr. mod... he told me to pm a trade moderator.
although not the hugest inconvenience, it was inconvenient.

just because you all know. doesn't mean it can't be clarified for others.
