1. Introduction.

Hello, sometimes you people on d2jsp need some help. So who do you look for. You look for the hard working d2jsp team. Also, some of you have problems figuring out who to ask for help. Then when you PM (personal message) a d2jsp team member. You think " Wait is this guy the one that helps me with this? " Well, not anymore do you have to wonder. You shall now find out who to call for when you need help. This guide will be explaining the teams jobs and telling you how to report. I'll be listing in steps of what would also help alot to these team members. I hope you find this guide helpful. For those of you who need help.

2. How to Report to a Team Member & How to wait

Step.1) When you need help with something or just want to report something. Click on the volunteer who can help you with your problem. The volunteers are listed down below. You will see what there jobs are.

Step.2) Now after you've clicked. You will find a list of people. Pick one of those people. Then click contact which is to the right of your screen. It will look like this

Step.3) Now after pressing contact. It will take you to where you can write your problem at. After writing your problem down. Then you just send it.

Step.4) Please wait patiently for your response. If it takes a long time. Remember, there is more members on this site that needs help besides you. The person who you asked help for. Will respond to you as soon as they can.

3. Jobs of the D2jsp Team

• Administrator Only Pm him if it is VERY important

• Senior Moderators- Global Moderation, any forum

• Moderators - Global Moderations, any forum

• Trade Moderators - Closing, warning, suspending as needed in trade forums

• Junior Moderators - Closing, warning, suspending in Non Trade related forums

• Trade Assistances - Closing in trade forums requesting warns

• Members++- Sig/Ava/ Profile Violations / General Help post closing

4. Reporting Rules & Tips

1.) When seeing something unusal in any realm of the trading grounds or anywhere of this site. You should probably report it. So it will keep site clean.

2.) Please try to be accurate in your reporting.

3.) After you've reported the post. There is no need to post anything. Just report and move along. If you don't your pretty much spamming or causing it to get wurse.

4.) After you've reported the post. The team will be informed that there is something that needs to be closed or checked out. There's no need to PM them what you've already reported.

5.) Only PM a Trade Moderator on major reasons. Never PM a " trade moderator " on minor reasons. Just use your handy dandy report button. Thats why it's there.

5. What to specify the report as & How to Figure out the report

• Early Bump:

You will notice that the owner of the thread has made another post after the first one. Match the times (A.M. - P.M.) up & if it is earlier than 4 hours. They've made an early bump. Please press the report button, report it as early bump & move on.

• Offering or ISO Services outside My Events:

You can now offer your own services in My Events. So there should be no complaining of why you can't offer. Now offering services in threads or ISOing them isn't aloud. So you would easily report it as offering or iso services outside my events.

• Illegal Trade ( Illegal items, Char Names, Accounts, Etc:

You will notice that the owner or viewer of the thread is selling ( Illegal items, Character Names, Accounts, Exfers, Etc. ) Please click this and inside will let have a better view of illegal trades: Trade Rules. Just report this as illegal trade & move on.

• Too many topics in top 50:

You will notice that there is too many on the first page (if you view 50topics per page) or too many on page 1 and 2 (if you view 25topics per page) Just report as too many topics in top 50 & move on.

• Early Repost After Thread Closed:

You will notice that they've made a post that relates to the last one. You know that the past thread has been only closed for few minutes or matter of seconds and they've already reposted. If they have reposted this before 1 hour ( 60 minutes ). Just report it as early repost after thread closed & move on.

• Spam:

You will notice that the owner of thread or member visiting the thread is saying nothing that relates to trading or the topic. Therefore it is counted as spam. Report it as spam & move on. NEVER reply back to spam. If you reply back to spam, you are counted as spamming to & it will also bring more spam. Not to mention, more trouble for you.

• Posting in Wrong Forum:

You will notice that the owner of thread has made a post that doesn't relate to any trade at all. If so, then please report as posting in wrong forum & move on.

• Topic title violation:

You will notice that the owner of thread has added in his title illegal things ( cussed / added alt letters / added stuff such as this !!!! runes here !!!! / any more title violations can be seend here Banned Topic Title and Description Words. Just report as topic title violation & move on.

• Non-Authorize Outside Links:

You will notice that the owner or viewer of the thread has posted an outside link without permission to. Just report as non-authrized outside links & move on.

• Link to Binary or Trojan/Keylogger:

You will notice the owner or viewer of the thread has posted a link that is unusal ( having two distinct parts or components or a number system ). Just report this as link to binary or trojan keylogger & move on. PLEASE! after you've reported, quickly report this to a moderator!

• Phishing Link ( Link that request account information ):

You will notice the owner or viewer of the thread has posted a link that is unusal ( asking information such as, usernames, passwords and credit card details ) Just report as phishing link ( link that request account information ) & move on. PLEASE! after you've reported, quickly report this to a moderator.

• Excessive Flaming or Personal Attacks:

You will notice that the owner or view of the thread has posted flame or person attacks ( flame = cussing -- personal attacks = rude, disrespectful and cruel words ) Just report as excessive flaming and personal attacks & move on.

• Inappropriate Images Posted: (Porn/Offensive material, Personal Pictures, etc.)

You will notice that the owner or viewer of the thread has posted bad and inappropriate material ( porn/offensive material, personal pictures, etc. ) Report it as inappropriate images posted & move on. You can also report it to a mod of that section.

• Piracy or Warez Related:

You will notice that the owner or viewer of thread is having dicussions of hacks. Just report as piracy or warez related & move on.

Use the Report Button and don't reply to the people who violates the rules!
