because someone doesn't care with d2jsp, they hack items vs 1 - 10k without mediator!

That is true. But how about unperm as perm sellers? Sell via med, and item poofs after the trade is done? Not very safe. Im that case it would be fair to take thoae fg's and return them back. But i understand your point, and i know world is not a fair place.

Avoid buying common dupes, simple
By playing D2 and trading D2 items you automaticaly accept the risk/fact of duping in this game, therefore you should be aware, this may happen to you at anytime.. it is called 'a risk'
JSP cannot do anything here..
Whats more, it is very hard (or almost impossible) to prove, that something has poofed.
