I'm not from Abbotsford, but it's a great choice.

It's considered the Bible Belt of the lower mainland. It's very homey and Christian, degeneracy is not welcome in Abbotsford. Lots of nice Christian people from there.

It's cheaper too, of course not that cheap since it's still close to Vancouver.

The cow manure is more Chilliwack not Abbotsford

We have alot of Sikh guys here who are well mannered good people, never see any kind of Khalistan protests/riots or violence

There was a referendum for Khalistan in Surrey a few weeks ago. I worked there for one day.
