sharex is your best friend, you even even sync it to auto upload to your preferred image hosting website/account.

Imgur.com, create new post, upload image. Drops you at new page, right click image, copy url/open in new tab and copy url (must have .jpg, .png, or .gif ending. Use the tags and past the url between like this:

You can also check out these links to help you become a verified member or have customer status from d2jsp. It'll also allow you to upload images directly through d2jsp and cuts out the middleman of having to use an image hosting site.
