Hi,

have bid on an item and fulfilled the sellers "res". seller says "...close 30min after res is hit".

Now he does not respond.

Do i have a claim for the item in these limited time auctions?

Cheers

It's up to the seller if he/she wants to commit to that res price and actually go through with the sale
While it may be considered "bad mannered" the seller is under no obligation to complete the trade with you based on a res price or timeframe posted in a topic

Both sellers and buyers can back out of a trade at any point before items/fg are exchanged regardless of the "rules" they have placed on their auctions.

The only official trading rules are the ones listed here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=6

Everyone here is entitled to make their own rules for their trades and can back out or cancel a trade at any given time, it's the freedom and flexibility that we offer our users which make us the #1 online game trading site on the internet.

Peace!
