I know the Topic seems off, but I would prefer to use this thread as my future post via EDIT function, I am new to the site and to trading. I will be making a list of items for sale and before that can anyone help me familiarize with the forums' how tos? I recently read the rules which is pinned above... Anything else I should know like terms and abbreaviations and other stuffs pls do share.

Also is it allowed to attachi screenshots for the items I wished to trade in ?

Thank you for the reply, how do you people knew about the prices of per item? do we have an item checker online that provides prices? or is the price check button is being checked by a group which recommends the prices?
EDIT: I am ought to include all stat's included in that item I am to sell?

if item isn't perfect stat, i just post them as "random"
e.g. random shako

you can use the search feature in to check prices (note, if you have FT selection, search box will only show FT items). Personally, I click ISO, type in search and check a couple of prices.

As for price checking, You have 2 options:

Option one:

Use the price checking system. "New Price Check" --> Select tag --> Topic title (Example: Price check shako) --> Post description of item, Best if you use a screenshot option.

Option two:

Use the search feature.

Go to the page you are wanting to search a price check on. For example D2R realm. --> Select subforum you wish to find a price of an item. (Example: D2:R Softcore Ladder Trading)--> Select the FT tab --> Search for an item (Example: Shako) Hit search and see what others are offering, or what others have sold for that item. Do a couple searches and you should get a rough estimate on what an item is currently selling at.

for price checking threads, is it better to just edit your first thread there or post multiple thread? (like earlier i asked for posion sundered price check, then I edited my 2nd reply in there put in additional charms for price checks)

Well if you have multiple items you have to price check for at once then you can list them all in one thread at once, saves you time too.

If you’ve recently found an item that you want to P/C than feel free to make another thread for it, as Vibrations said above we have a price check section dedicated for this in each respective platform’s trading section so you can make good use of them.

What I usually do to price check is to run some searches for recent trades of the same item you’re trying to sell with similar stats, then click on the ISO (want to buy) tag to see if anyone is looking for your item, keep in mind d2jsp is a free market and although there’re “quasi-market prices” ultimately you have the freedom to list your items for however much you want, as well as the freedom to retract your trades and offers, you are in-control of your trade!

another question:

should I always use the normal or exceptional or elite base item to craft ? does the said defense stat retains or it also gets rolled?

Also what does BINS means in the trade section? "XXXX with BINS"

As for crafting with certain bases, it's preference but you'll mostly use the highest tier bases. The only time I can't see not using elite bases is for vambraces on Knockback gloves because some zons may not get the strength requirement for it or if you're trying to craft LLD stuff. The base defense stat on the item gets rerolled I believe.

Also is there a chance to reroll small and large charms? I am aware that you can reroll a grand charm, I have asked the next question in price checking, but my post is already buried in page 2 so I go and ask here again, is it pure RNG if I were to reroll my poison sunder? (really would like to get a skiller)
