In your example, post your charm in the game and realm as a FT or for trade topic. If you wanted your buy it now, post the Bin: as 250 FG. You will likely get offers under your bin at first . Once your satisfactory amount has been met PM the game name to the buyer, and I suggest requesting a mediator.

Hey Lin,

Welcome to JSP, to answer your question.

Step 1) you both agree on a price for the item, and communicate a game name/ password, both of which only the seller and buyer knows.
Step 2) you both request a mediator, for 100% guaranteed safe trade
Step 3) the mediator will accept the fg from the buyer -> direct the seller to give the item to the buyer -> once buyer confirmed the item has been received the mediator will send you the fg
