Trying to sell an d2r item - get spammed / trolled and now i get punished with

a ) lost 10fg i paid for topic
b ) cannot create further topics and have to wait "a while".

Where is the logic behind this?

Your posts are considered early bumping, that is probably why the topic was closed.

Also, replying to spam is also considered spam, just so you know.

early bump is declared as "back to back" messages, which never happened.

I replied once, that i won't accept this kind of spam in my topic.

So this can't really be the answer. Feels more like the mod had a bad day.

If you do not like the offer someone has given you, you can ignore it. Quoting someone and saying, "i reported you for spam on this - no spamming!" is spam itself.

Ignore it and move on and continue to bump your topic once every 4 hours per the rules.

Well as there is written, 99,9% of the Users doesn't know and dont follow this.

The topic closure reason is in your topic itself - "Spam" and not "Early Bump".

Responding to spam is also considered as spam and instead of taking part of the spam, simply report it and move on.
