Hello,

I have tried several times to use the email recovery tool but each time it gets auto-declined and there doesn't appear to be a way to appeal the auto decline. I have followed the account recovery guide and am still hitting a wall. Is there any other way to reset or recover an account email? I do have access to the account (it's this account) as I remembered my old password, I just need to fix the email to one of my current addresses.

Thanks,
Tim

Hi there Syk,

Sorry to hear about the account recovery not working.

Just wanted to confirm that this is the tool you are using https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

Also, there shouldn’t be an auto decline, all account recovery forms are manually looked at by the Admins, if it got declined, you didn’t provide enough information.

E/ also have you tried following this guide? https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=85837681&f=34

Submit the form again with more information, if approved the email will be swapped out with the contact email you provided on the form

If you've already tried the Account Recovery Tool, PM Kevin as he deals with account security.

I suggest do not interact and start trading on this account as multiple accounts is against the rules and they will frown upon you doing so.

For a further detailed one such as what's your name, where you live and including if you remember anything about what the email may be.
you should use this one Recovery

Do not PM Kevin.

He has repeatedly ask not to PM directly with these issues, he deals with these issues via account recovery form.

Follow the guide and fill the form out.

As stated above please DO NOT pm Kevin regarding account recovery.

Follow the steps above and the ones im about to post here

Please use this tool to recover the account: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1 If approved the email on your account will be switched to the address provided in the "What is a current working email address where you can be reached?" field.

For any future reference https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=85862050&f=34&p=574660030#p574660030

Post #2 is the correct answer.

When using that page, an admin will review your recovery and approve or deny it. It is not automated. If it is denied, either provide more (accurate) information, or use the account you're on.

Provide as much information as possible and be patient mate :D
