I'm trying to use IRC for IM alerts. The link below says that I can use a 3rd party IRC client for this.

I can ping irc.d2jsp.org but I cant seem to connect with any IRC client.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The guide for njIRCIM states that it can be accessed using an IRC client on iphone/ipad.

I don't believe so no, you could try however: address: chat.d2jsp.org port: 2053

pretty sure we changed it over to a secure websocket. Try and let me know how it goes.
