I have a trade post up, and I accidentally tried to make back-to-back posts (while thanking people for trades, I wasn't trying to bump the thread whatsoever), so the post has been automatically closed. I was wondering if there's any way to grovel and ask for forgiveness so that the post could be re-opened?

Mistakes happen. I’ve never seen a post re opened, but stay patient and in 4 hours from your last bump you’ll be rocking n rolling again!

Oh, it re-opens automatically, ok. Based on the wording I thought it was just permanently closed.

It doesn't re open. He means you can remake a new thread after 4 hours for the same thing.

You have multiple early bumps in that thread. Suggestion would be to not post unless the bump button is available unless adding vital information.

Replying with “1 more slot” is a bump. We’re advised to edit the original post or our previous reply/bump to reflect the changes.

Pretty much this. Responding to posts from traders buying your items with things like t4t are all considered early bumps. Just wait the 4 hours and post a new thread.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
