Okay so the issue I’m running into is it keeps saying I’ve already sent request and it needs to be processed but I never got the email is there anyway to reset this? Thanks in advance

If you've already started the account recovery process here https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1 Than just be patient, they are manually reviewed.

I don’t think your understanding the issue let me try to explain better I won’t be able to recover the account because I know longer have access to email I may have used and it was sent to it’s also been over 2 months now so I’m fairly certain It wouldnt take that long that’s why I’m tryna to be able to resend with a new email.

There is no other way to do it if you no longer have access to the email linked to the account, other than using the tool provided by Capacitor.

I once had to recover my account and wasn't sure which email I used as well. I logged into my PayPal, searched for any fg purchases and backtraced the information trail to find which email I used. Hope this helps you locate the email. The search bars on emails go pretty far back.

Ya I have fg purchases for the account I’m not sure of where they sent the recovery email to so I was trying to see if they could reset so I can send a new recovery with new email

The account recovery tool is the only way. You will always be redirected back to that tool regardless of the issues you are having. If you have done this with no success, it has been recommended in the past to other users to use the account you are on.

Okay well I never got any emails and it’s been months and I tried to re submit and it says You have already submitted an account recovery request. Please do not submit a second request. Please wait for the first to be processed. But like I said it’s been 3 months of sayn this is there no way to fix it?
