So I’m tryna to recover my acc but it won’t let me send request untill other is processed but I never got the email so I’m kinda stuck pleaae help thank

I know account recovery can sometimes be a bit frustrating. Stay patient my friend. I had to do a recovery once and it took me ~24-48 hours to finally complete all the steps and coordinate with staff, also I don't believe they do recovery for hotmail anymore.

Always curious to see people unable to recover their account and then log on with another ... 4 years old one.

Clearly this account was not just created for this purpose.


But to stay on topic:
Nobody here will be able to help with account recovery, the only way is the account recovery process, nothing else.

Okay so when I tried it says I cannot submit a second request untill the first is processed but I never got and email the first time that’s where I’m having trouble..

it can take some time so please be patient

Account recovery is not an automated process, every request is reviewed by an admin and approved or denied. Be patient.

It’s been 3 days and I’m still getting the same notice that my problem is I never got the email for the recovery so I cannot submit with correct email is there any solution?

Is there anyway someone could reset the acc verification?
