A user asked in this Scammer Accusation thread to be provided a link to somewhere that states it is a rule that service provider has claim on all drops in Diablo 2. Can someone post a link to where the rule is stated?

Ive been looking all over the jsp forum rules and im having trouble finding a post stating that if i paid for a rush the rusher is entitled to any and all drops that occur. If someone would be so kind as to post a link for me and I am indeed violating jsp rules i will trade the ist to him.

It should be defined however in most cases the rusher is entitled to the drops. Its like the unwritten rule, I literally just seen a case recently where the bodierox made it somewhat clear. Go through the recent SAs you should find it.

You are paying for a rush. Being rushed from normal to hell usually. That’s it.

The rusher is doing everything for you. Therefore as mentioned as above, it’s kind of an unwritten rule to leave the drops for the rusher of out courtesy.

Unless stated otherwise of course.

Could the drop have occurred had rusher not killed?

Also as mentioned this has been the unwritten rule for almost 30 years.

I think as new folks have joined the game the unwritten rule has become blurred. Yes for us long time folks rushing has always been my drop + payment. I guess normally in d2r I play hardcore so its hard for a level 1 to even snag drops during a rush without risking their character.

In all reality if someone is worried about said drops they should make a note about their runs to cover themselves and the buyer. Either way people need to be adults and work through these issues without wasting volunteers time; in my honest opinion.

These replies are quite strange. If it's a rule it should be explicitly stated somewhere.

Having to look at past judgments to find out the rules is moronic.

It should be listed here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=6
