I was thinking I could hunt heralds until I have them spawning at level 5 and then sell the game to someone.

For example I could sell an invite to someone and make it clear that i have already killed elites/champions in all of act 1 and the heralds are spawning at level 5 so then they can use their worldstone shards to terrorize the other acts. I would leave the game after they join.

Basically they pay me fg to save time.

I don't see anything in the trading rules that would go against this.
