is there a mod abusing his power? it says "Early Repost: Reposted earlier than 1 hour since last closed topic." which is not true

No bump or creating new topic less than 4 hours of previous topic when you’re offering or selling the same item(s).

Early bump (Trying to bypass the 4 hour bump rule) would be my guess to why it was closed.

I think you have to wait 1 hour before you can repost it or wait the regular 4 hours to bump it.
