I know if someone scams where to report.
But if someone is very toxic after or during a trade do I also report that.

If so where would I do so?

If they post their toxicity in public, simply use the report button.

Toxic behavior is best to be left alone. You can also call a Mediator if you feel unsafe about trading with a certain user:
