Seems like nobody takes a look when using the Report function

got this person constantly spamming my trades

Every report will be reviewed and actions taken if deemed necessary.

As already mentioned in post #2, keep in mind that you're not able to see every action we're able to take.
This shouldn't discourage you from using the report button when you come across a violation.

If the same user is constantly following you around in your topics, collect all the links and send them via PM to a appropriate staff member.
If this happens in the trading grounds, Trade Moderators or Moderators are the correct individuals to contact.
