This is far from the first time, i have had to deal with this person.
He is constantly commenting my offers, my sales and other activities on d2jsp.

Example of fake offering/spamming my other topic:

Other than that, he is also spamming, flaming, stalking, doing personal attacks and so on, to other people as well.
I have reportet this person many times, and i know for a fact, that other people has as well, but it seems like no action has been taken.

What can i do here?

If said user is PMing you, go ahead and block them.

If the same user is posting in your topics/spamming etc collect all your evidence and report it to a TM https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=25

Also, just because you don't see the actions taken, it doesn't mean the reports are ignored.

Report the user and move on, do not reply to his spam/flame etc that would also be considered spam.

Thank you for the quick response.

I have already blocked this user, a while ago, after we had a rather unfortunate disagreement, with him calling me and incestral fat boy.
I have deleted the pm from him, sine i didn't think it would be necessary to keep it. I haven't pmd him or commented on his behaviour in the topics.
I have purely reportet him. But i will take your advice, to gather and keep all the information/evidence from now on.

I also didn't think about the fact, that actions can be taken against this person, without me knowing, so for that i apologize.

Take it up with a trade assistant or trade moderator. They can pm them to tell them to stop posting in your topics.

Some people just don't have anything better to do.

Keep him blocked and move on, just do not reply to his spam and flame. You don't need unnecessary drama.

You can report all his posts in your trade topics as you collect them for evidence.

You have some great advice in this topic, just report their posts. As Southland said just because you cannot always see actions taken doesn’t mean your reports are ignored. Just keep reporting said posts for spam.

This is the best thing you can do, along with collecting as many threads you’ve been harassed in by said user and forwarding it to a senior moderator

With the examples the OP has provided I believe following directions in contacting a TM is a better move than getting in contact with either a TM or SM. If the situation is something that needs to be escalated and within staffs side it can be.
