I was scammed so I reported it in S/a after 3 days the case is still open, the man who scammed me is no longer online, he already spent the fg with which he had to pay me, I think I will never recover that, but my question is it going to be intact after being with me?I sent messages to the S/A assistants and the senior moderators, but none of them responded. Is this normal?

What's going on with security here? Are they scamming and taking more than three days to take action? Please?

1. There is no security issue here. You gave someone FG, they ran away (allegedly).
2. SA helpers have lives.

Next time I recommend using a mediator for your trades :)

*edit*
As far as repayment goes, repayments are done on the part of the scammer if they in fact scammed and wish to repay. SA Helpers just prevent further scamming by locking accounts (generally).

Yes, I read in the rules that it's your responsibility if you don't use a mediator. From now on, I will do so for large businesses. But is it normal for it to take so long to take action against scammers?
