I’ve filled out the account recovery a few times but it’s not allowing me to access my account I had over 15 years ago.

I was a very active D2 bnet player and d2jsp user. Have lots of FGs.

I just recently started playing Remastered and really want access to my old account.

I have the user name and all the correct other information.

Is there any other help other than the auto reply bot.

Would really appreciate it.

Apologies in advance as I’m sure this isn’t the correct area for this but I haven’t used in 15+ years so have idea what I’m doing.

Its only through the contact form that you can recover the account.
