Can any experienced traders recommend me the proper steps to trade safely here? I read about the 2:3 rule so I'm assuming I will send first. Do I just make a video of the transaction?

Also, I've had an account here before with minimal amount of FG playing D2, but it's been awhile so I could use a refresher

Use a Mediator, this way you are always safe.

You can always request a Mediator for your trade.

But recording all your trades is a good idea in case something goes wrong for sure.
