Ok so I’ve tried to recover my main account ( sp00ked ) about 5 times now to be denied everytime even though I’ve told you I have proof of purchases on the account the details used is mine on both this and my main same bank ect ect . So if your not gonna alllow me to revcover it I’d rather you just close completely because it’s pissing me off seeing my fg still sat there. Ty

I want to encourage you to try filling out the recovery form once again: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1, but be sure to provide as detailed information as you can, especially information that only you as the account owner can know.

lol I can’t even do that as it says I already have a pending account recovery request waiting even though I’ve already received the refusal.

There is no other way to recover your account other than the link provided by CoLLiNz. Each report is checked manually, it is not an automated system. As for your second question, there is also no possibility for the account to be deleted.

I’m confused I never said it was automated .. I said I can’t put in a recovery request now because I did earlier today and you already declined it so when I attempt to submit a new request as suggest by Collinz I get the prompt “ you already have a recover request pending “ but it is not still pending because u already denied it.

Ok I’ve sent 1 final recovery request with as much info as I can after this I give up and I’d rather you just close it if even possible

And it was denied again I can’t possible give you more proof than I already have lol can’t give PayPal receipts because it was far too long ago (2021) either way just close this topic and they account whatever your doing I’m done.

You can get history from 7 years back in time.

When you filter it will only allow you to go back 1 year, but a report will let you go back to 2017
I dont know if it will be accepted, but you can give transaction ID's that way.
