it is about the scammer vs the unlucky one topic.
so it costs & hurts..

idea: d2jsp make new idea about forum trades called buyer & seller sync.
if the item is an obsession 10 skill staff that cost 3500 fg. then both buyer & seller shall pay deposit to d2jsp for 3500fg,
when the trade is done, the buyer can mark it safe (on forum) & autosend the cash, then the seller would get his money back + the sale sum.

The concept of what you're describing as a safe way for trading does already exist and it's called a Mediation, which is conducted by Mediators.

By using a Mediator you can be sure that your trade is safe and you don't have to worry about any eventualities.
