hi guys,

i havent been here in a really long time and when i went to login it has 2 password fields to be filled in and i only know my password no clue what a gold password is.

so i tried to do account recovery and after filling it all out and reading that @hotmail accts have a issue with recovery i used just the gmail i have and no matter what i try it tells me that the account cant be recovered.

can anyone look into this issue for me seeing as i know i havent been banned or anything from here?

Accounts usually dont get deleted even if you havent logged after years, so I would try the above.

i tried everything and still it says cannot be recovered. any chance someone can check its status for me?

Hi , please refer to post #2 by as it contains the correct answer with links to all the guides you need. Concerning account recovery itself, there is no such thing as "checking the status" for users, as each recovery is manually and individually reviewed.
