Does anyone have a guide on how to trade TF2 Keys???? its a bit confusing and overwhelming... Is there like a step by step?

If you want to trade large amounts of keys, use mediator to ensure that you are not scammed.

It's easy to exploit new accounts such as yours as they are almost always required to go first in a trade.
