Bought fg, Paul asked for my id, I sent front and back with handwritten stuff proving I'm myself, and I can't use the fg I bought or even had before until ots approved. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed, I've never spent as much on another service to be treated like a criminal except for Sam's club

I know you guys don't have an easy job and 90% of fraudsters wouldn't make a fuss but I'm not a criminal and am being treated like one when I'm more loyal that a large base. It's not right and I've lost out on trades and connections and I deserve to be reimbursed for literally spending money instead of being punished
