I think taking the steps to bring your %warn to 0 may help.

I'm aware that may be a factor, but I'd like to know for sure that I'm supposed to do. Lowering my warn means censoring 100% of what I say, thus losing my freedom of speech (especially if it's against anything democratic in nature)... Upon discovering the biased nature of these forums, I've already tried to limit my opinions on most matters. These actions have resulted in lower warn.

I just want to know the ACTUAL steps that must be taken. Ones that are real steps...

Yours 20% warn means you dont respect the site rules and you dont repect other users = you are the one nondemocratic user so think about it, use common sense and when you join somewhere simple repect it.
