Hi, I have been trying to change the associated mail to my account but am unable to remember which mail I used to register.
I have created a ticket which was rejected due to the account already being recovered.

What steps can i take in order to change the mail adress if I dont remember the one I used to register here?

ps. I recieved an email that my recovery could not be completed to the new mail adress which i have access to. Does this mean that my associated mail for this account has been changed?

Unfortunately, there are only a handful of staff who would know the answers to these questions.

If you have already attempted an account recovery and failed, your next best course of action would be to submit an inquiry using the contact feature located here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php
