Request a mediator, mediator can hold fg while item is exchanged, safe way to trade on d2jsp :)

You don't have to use a mediator if you don't want to. If you choose to, you can request one in your topic and they can mediate the trade between you and the other user by holding the fg until the items have been traded.

If they have a old account, have high post count and lots of forum gold there is a very good chance they are trusted.

Fixed that for you. If the guy is sitting on at least 46k+ forum gold then he won't cheat you when trading a 500 fg item. Don't look at post count and account age; people often buy accounts to scam.

While this information can give you an idea of a persons character in regard to trading, it is not a guarantee that you will not be scammed and should not be taken as such.

The mediation can usually be completed on your console of choice. If you are unsure, you can reach out to a mediator and ask them :)

Request and wait for a mediator anyway. That way you don't have to worry about people sweating "2/3 Rule". If you have that many people wanting what you are selling, it probably isn't something that will need to feel like you a rush as it will be sold.

Should you not wait and there is an issue, there is always scammer accusation forum where things can be settled. Just make sure you have the provided information.

Cheers, good luck, and welcome.

it isn't required, or even common tbh, I think the ratio of mediated trades must be some imaginable low number of all total trades
