I have 1 question, if i just bump. but i reply member on that topic after bumb, Is that considered spam?

No you can't do that because it's an early bump. If you want to reply to another user you can use private message.

I also wanted to clarify that you don’t have to use the “bump” button to actually bump your topics after 4 hrs. You can simply say what you need to instead (update the users on the status of items, or let everyone know that you are online to perform a service, etc).
Alternatively, if you used the bump button, you can then edit your post to whatever you need.
