So my cousin started playing D4 and I told him about this website and he created an account, I believe the below is his account:

However, he told me he never got the email to verify his account so he is not able to use his account at this moment, is there something someone (mods) could do to help? I can provide any information you need. or did he do something wrong creating his account? I made this account ages ago so dont remember the process...

In order to pass the verifications, he must first read the rules carefully. This is some protection against multi and it's time for new users to familiarize themselves with the rules.

Thank you for answering my questions. How do they know if he read the rules, is there somewhere were he accepts the rules when he made the account? His account is there, but no confirmation was sent to the email he provided, I try to PM his account and it said the account was not authorized to get PMs or something like that.

As stated in post #2, please make sure that the user reads the general rules, trading rules, as well as general help unified sticky. A verification email should be sent to the specified email. Make sure to check the spam folder and make sure that the user is not using a VPN.

If after completing these steps, the person does not receive a verification email, I would use this contact form: https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php and select “account related.” You will be then helped by an administrator.
