My has made his d2jsp account, but he does not get the confirmation email to verify his account, is there anyone that can help with this (mods)?

Also, I know there is a way to search for a d2jsp account, but where do you do it? lol

As for your user not receiving an email, what email provider is he using? Hotmail does not receive jsp emails

Has your friend read the general rules, trading rules, as well as general help unified sticky? Please make sure that they do. A verification email should be sent to the specified email. Ask them to check the spam folder and make sure that the user is not using a VPN.

If, after completing these steps, the person does not receive a verification email, I would use this contact form: https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php and select “account related.” You will be then helped by an administrator.
