why would there be a warn for a convicted scammer lol

for some that just means 1 free scam attempt sadly. rules are clear

if someone doesnt have the human decency to not steal, this place is not for them

I go first on basically every trade regardless of 2/3. But I still stand by my opinion that the 2/3 rule is arbitrary, silly and borderline useless.

2/3 rule or call medi... it's easy

I gave first in all my trades unless the other person was quicker

The "2/3 rule" is not an official rule of the trading sections and does not protect anyone from getting scammed in a trade.

Not really, flaming and scamming are different behaviors.
