I'm thinking can I put up a post on the d2r softcore ladder trading page to raffle my items.

Let's say I have a 100fg item

Can I raffle 10spots 10fg each for a chance to win.

Then use the in-game feature /roll to pick a random winner. With one of the contestants in my game to witness.

Or use a mediator to make it 100% random.

I have checked all the forum rules by using find on page against the word raffle and couldn't find anything.

I wanted to ask before I do it.

Everything should be out in the open. Trades through PM aren't even allowed. List your items with their exact stats and either put a Buy Item Now (BIN) or let people offer until you're happy with the offer. It will reduce scams for both you and the buyer.
