This guy Lukeduty66 posted 60min auctions and would not fulfill it.
People already told him we are going to let it go and move forwards.
Now he is PM harassing people and bullshitting time to meet then just completely not show up. AKA wasting peoples time.
Is there any way we can report for harassment? or can he send pms without regards.

What you describe thugh is "just" Bad mannered, but a not fullfilled trade isnt against any forum rules.

Spam via PM could be reportable, but i have no reliable Info on that.

Correct, PMs are not moderated therefore violations such as harassment go free of punishment. reason behind it is that JSP has a built in block feature that can help prevent trolls from wasting your time.

As for public spam and harassment, simply report the posts and move on.
