its been a few minutes and i havent been able to post another time yet

is the post time between another post really this long?

It is 120 seconds until you have 50 posts.
After that, it is 30 seconds.

Yeah you need 50 posts before it will let you post more often it's 2 minutes until then and 30 seconds afterwards enjoy the forums m8
