this is not the proper way to get warn removed.

Indeed, asking politely is necessary or they're liable to leave it or add more time to it. They aren't paid to do it either, so it's no job.

Politeness is much overrated. I`m not asking for a favor, i`m asking them to actually do their job.

Their job is to decide if you deserve removal. And you answered my question before I asked it.

You don't get your warn down just because your time is up....it states you are ELIGIBLE for warn removal.

I don`t see any reason to be polite. What have I to thank for ? Ignoring me ? Keeping me one week after pressing the button to request removal ?
I would have consider politeness if they had removed it without me asking.
