I still need to call Walmart to see if they're doing a midnight release. Anyone getting their Switch at midnight?

DAM i cant w8! i found out that im paying more at the place that has midnight release, found it cheaper someplace else, but what the hell


one thing tho, imo the switch package is missing 2 things..

iirc the package contains: switch console, switch dock, power for dock, hdmi cable, joy-cons and joy-con grip+straps

so there is no power cable for the actual console, only for the dock, the console needs a usb-c cable if u want to charge it outside of dock, so u have to buy that if u wanna play handheld for more then a couple of hours

and there is no charging grip/cable for the joy-cons, they only charge when placed on the switch and the switch placed in the dock, which mean u have to buy a controller or a charging joy-con grip

iirc the cable that powers the dock can be unplugged from it and be plugged directly into the undocked console

Also at this point who doesn't have like a dozen usb-c chargers laying around anyways? lol
