I caved and just decided to go the console route
Apparently my not even year old laptop isnt strong enough to run this POS game but a fucking android tablet can, i mean nintendo switch wtf
Beta worked fine but now the full release is shit
I read a bunch of people say its some AVX thing that wasnt an issue during beta but now is
Like they last minute changed the required specs and didnt update the system requirements page idk its fucking trash
Edit: and just after replying i got confirmation that my pc copy refund that i applied for was accepted and should be reimbursed sometime within a week

But its presumed that if you do the hardcore one, the “softcore” one will pop with it because that one doesn’t specifically state, get to 99 in softcore, just get a character to 99 period, whereas the other specifically states 99 in hardcore

this is a bug on pc as well, they come back after you reload if it's the same one

may have some progress rolled back though

Yeah it was a server issue
I closed out of the app and went back and it said i couldnt connect to the server
Then i went back to it a few minutes later and my character was back
