Le mensonge, c'est le fait de dire quelque chose qui n'est pas vrai.
Généralement, un mensonge, ça concerne quelque chose d'objectif:

• un objet (la table est bleue, la couverture est blanche...)
  
• un état de fait (quand on boit on n'a plus soif, quand on met des lunettes on voit mieux...)
  
• ou une vérité historique (le 15 mai 1948, 5 pays ont déclaré la guerre à Israël).

Parfois, le mensonge concerne quelque chose de subjectif:

• une émotion (je dis que "je suis malheureux" alors que c'est faux)
  
• une pensée (je dis que j'aime la pistache alors que c'est faux, je dis que je trouve que le ciel est beau alors que c'est faux)

Très peu de gens mentent des sur des choses subjectives.



Mais dans la communauté juive, de nombreuses personnes mentent sur ça.

Et c'est quelque chose d'assez décontenançant.

Aparté: la décence & le judaïsme

I think the world is becoming dependent on Israel.

In the 21st century, powers are centralized as they have never been in history.
In the history of mankind, power has never been so centralized as it is today.

And every day the power is a little more centralized.

From my work in the social sciences, I think that the more power is centralized, the more there is need for decency in society.



Judaism is a culture in which there is a lot of decency.
You, you believe that Israel has little decency (don't you?), but you are mistaken.

When the united nations create a country in mosaic, in the middle of hostile territories, without protecting it, that is totally indecent.

Un enfant, son enfant, c'est un petit être.
C'est un petit être qui refait le même parcours que nous, mais une génération plus loin.
C'est un petit être qui a la même culture que nous, et qui crée les mêmes compréhensions que nous (dans la cas du judaïsme) ou les mêmes interprétations que nous (islam) ou les mêmes connaissances que nous (protestantisme), ou le même amour que nous (catholicisme).
Mais une génération plus loin.
Il repart à zéro.
Il reprend tout depuis le début.
Comme si il cherchait une erreur à notre parcours.
Comme si notre parcours à nous n'avait pas été convenable.
Et parfois, même, il découvre de nouvelles choses.
Et parfois, il a accès à des informations auxquelles nous, on n'avait pas accès.

Et d'une certaine manière, incontestablement, c'est vexant.

Il y a un double travail qui doit être fait:

• un travail de compétition: l'occident ne doit pas s'incliner devant l'orient
  
• un travail de conciliation: il doit y avoir des échanges de personnes, et notamment des mariages qui uniraient les deux grands ensembles

La vérité, c'est qu'il y a bien peu de mariages entre des orientaux et des occidentaux.
Et c'est quelque chose de mal.

Les USA savent brider certaines mauvaises actions.
Sur un forum internet, on peut dire de mauvaises choses.
On peut même faire de mauvaises choses (faire du spam).
Mais on ne peut pas véritablement porter atteinte à l'intégrité de l'autre.

Et c'est quelque chose de très positif.

Je pense que les musulmans (et les catholiques?) se sont servi pendant longtemps de ce qu'on peut appeler une "criminalité involontaire".
Ils sont simplement trop bêtes, trop incapables de maîtriser leurs émotions, alors ils tuent.
Grâce aux USA, cette criminalité est devenue difficile.

Depuis l'essor d'internet, créé en grosse partie par les protestants (machine de Turing & Windows & la commutation de paquets par un étudiant du MIT), il est devenue difficile d'avoir une criminalité involontaire.
Désormais, les rues ont surtout un rôle utilitaire.
Les rues, ce n'est plus là où on se trouve "parce qu'il faut bien qu'on se trouve quelque part".
Non: les rues, c'est là où on se trouve parce qu'on a besoin de se déplacer.

Et si on veut réfléchir et penser, il est préférable d'échanger sur internet.



Les américains ont réussi à ramener les rues à un rôle utilitaire.
Et c'est quelque chose d'extraordinaire qu'ils ont fait.
