Week Eight
Tuesday 7/14/20
Weight: 272.8 lbs (Weekly: -3.0 lbs Total: -15.2 lbs)

The new mask rules have begun. I only hot tubbed yesterday and today... but
regular tennis ball rolling for that deep tissue work has been the secret to my successful transition into manual labor.
Made a fresh batch of kombucha. I want to quit drinking a rockstar punched every shift. 60g of sugar and 240mg of caffeine!

my strange sore back from sleeping issues lingered a little bit into my work shift. Usually it goes away after waking up...

Not a fan of wearing a mask working out. The gain in weight could be because I used a different scale. Though, I'm leaning towards the lack of cardio or lifting, and perhaps the 3 bottles of kefir I drank. I better sack up and lift with that mask on.
Also, no soreness whatsoever upon waking on Wednesday morning. I better keep up this swimming at night thing.

Just a few seconds shy of 40 laps in 30 minutes. Some kind of PR, I guess.
Hot tub.

Thursday 7/23/20 moderate back pain, went away
Friday 7/24/20 minimal back pain, went away

I reordered supps tonight. I gotta start lifting again, despite the mask. Next week will be a good one.

Got out to lift today, wearing a mask. Was happy to see more than a couple folks eschewing their mask and nobody seemed to mind.

Saturday - bad back pain in the very center middle of my back. Very easy to target that area, though. Strange that it's a way different area than the weak hip flexors that have flared up previously.

not in the hips but in the very center middle back
went away as I began my day, after my usual pre-work morning stretch and tennis ball rolling
