put an iso in the trade area for better armor/weapon. 41ee is very low and you will be better off with a chain or plate as the physical defense is generally more useful.
Bear in mind right now mobs are a lot harder.

stats imo is worse than monster difficulty. So hopefully on thursday a better event will be available.
I personally also go higher Vit on events like this, each level up will fill to full hp and with my gear i can usually manage to get there with a few shrines and 0 time spent regenning.
can also consider joining a public group if there's one up around your level and see how much damage everyone else is doing.
but from the looks of things you're doing everything correct, just ideally better gear and a better event.
