I don't understand what your issue is here. It literally states in the bulletin you linked "IF AT ANY TIME YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE FG, IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED THAT YOUR BID NO LONGER STANDS."
I realize the implication is that you had to have the fg to set the bid in the first place, but it also works the other way. As in "if you never had the fg, your bid never stood".
All this is, is a statement "If you were interested in X amount of fg I would be willing to get that amount for your item".
Whether or not this statement is meaningless is up to the seller.
At worst, the comment left by Kn0ck0ut is spam. Both you and BLC decided to retaliate with...more spam.

As far as the rules are concerned. The c/o is still 34k (or well actually at the time of writing this linux is at 33k, so I guess current bid is BW's 29k).
I don't see how the rules fail to apply here outside of spam.

I ain't going down this road arguing semantics. It's a two part rule. He has to have the FG to bid on it in the first place. He clearly bid on it and clearly didn't have the FG to support the bid.

He does it with everything all the time and it isn't fair to other people. I don't even want the item so it's not about that but I'm just tired of it.

So yea I have an issue with it.

If somebody can explain to me how I'm wrong then I'll apologize and leave it be.
