Hi all Ladder Fighters :hug:

So… It’s my first time on LS - might give it a shot. I have a lot of spare time at work.

So - I will be playing it on phone. Most of the time.
I just started a Barbarian. Read a lot of guides here - also that gave me the idea for the Barbarian. So how to get started? (Also a question, I guess) I’m level 2 or something, getting there

For now my questions are:

How do I assign spells on phone?

I find it really tricky here…
All the spare items that drop in the beginning - that I don’t use. What should I do with them? Sell on marketplace?
Is it recommended to lend a vault in the beginning or is it best to wait for that?

If you see this coming up on first page - I will probably have more questions, so I don’t spam LS sub forums with my question, I will then use this thread - so go to the last page or last posts

Welcome to Ladder Slasher!

Only pick up items worth selling, those with high stats like Enhanced Effect, strength, int, dex, magic luck, extra item slots. Nothing has value below tier 3.

Also you can pick up items with magical stats to shrine. The more stats and higher tier, the more life and Mana you get out of them.

Playing on the phone, open up your character tab in game by tapping the gear in the top menu list, then the square with the shapes inside. On the bottom of the box are all of your skills.

Getting a vault is very nice for speeding up your climb because you have access to your next level items, well (white) items, and any other side things like shrinable items.

I started recently as well, playing on my phone

I havent assigned any spells. On the top right corner you get an icon when your skill "charge up"'. I just press that

I made a vault now after reseting to lvl 1 after my first mq. Mainly because I had a set of armors and some new axes saved for diff levels (and I have some fgs so 50 isnt much of an issue... otherwise Id just have the gear on mules and transfer in the marketplace)

First time I tried to sell every item I found more or less for 1 fg, but you only have 20 slots on the marketplace for items selling for less than 20 fg so ended up having to delete a bunch and I cba that

This time Ill sell whites and transmutable lvl 40+ items

Vault is great help if you get your gears able to carry them with you during solo or climb etc.

So when you say climb - is that the catacombs?

Climbing the ladder

Shrine, open it up in town, and take an item from your inventory drop it in the shrine and click sacrifice item. It must be magical+.

I highly recommend being careful with gear in your inventory. The trash can will auto delete it if you tap the item then tap the trash can. There is no fail safe. When gearing, I recommend using the equipment tab.

- How do I recognise a magical+ item and a non magical? I just try all atm, none so far. And how do I see the tier level?

When is Tier3? What level is that around?

- I figured out that as well, that the spell just shows up in the top, and then click it and it will disappear - cool down, and come back when cool down is gone. What does the 10-20-30%, mean I have put 10 points into power strike?

Can someone please confirm this, when I play on my phone, it auto AA, is that correct or something? If that is the case - then it is a good feature on phone. - it can zoom in when clicking, so the auto AA is a good thing if it is meant to be that way

So by climbing the ladder? Isn’t that just like the leader board or?

The percentage shows how much the skill has charged. I typically use powerstrike at 30-50% depending on level of monsters vs trash mobs. Vs well bosses I sometimes do at 100%. Idk whats optimal lol

the tier of the item is visible on the upper right corner of the item, represented by roman numbers ranging from I (0) - XIV (55) (at level 0 you can equip items of tier I, II and III) each tier is 5 levels higher than the prior.

on the upper left corner you will see the magical level of an item. +1 is magical, +2 is rare etc
